This recipe is great for anyone on a low carb, keto or sugar free diet! It’s way better than eggs and packs a nutritional punch!

🥄 chia seeds and almond milk to cover
🥄 chai spices (cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg etc)
🥄 splash of organic vanilla extract
🥄 2 tbs organic whole milk yogurt (dairy free works as well)
🥄 toasted plain coconut
🥄 pecans to top
🥄 organic blueberries
🥄 sunflower seeds

Instructions:
Mix milk with chai spices and vanilla extract. Pour in 1/4 cup chia seeds and mix. Let sit for an hour, or even better… overnight! Layer with whole milk yogurt, and top with berries nuts and seeds. and rejoice in the fact that you didn’t have to eat an egg for breakfast (AGAIN)!
