low carb keto breakfast

This decadent breakfast mug is so low carb and tasty it’s not even funny! Forget eggs for breakfast from now on!

I did it again because I need to find more options to low carb breaky. This one is Ningxia red chia seed cheesecake 😱. All gluten free, low carb and IN A MUG! That means it took about 5 mins to put together and cook. This was a fun one to eat 🙌🥄
1 tablespoons sugar sub
2 tablespoons full fat organic sour cream
3 tablespoons full fat cream cheese
⅛ teaspoon lemon juice, zested
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg white, beaten fluffy
Ningxia chia seeds:
2 ounces of Ningxia red (or a berry juice you like)
⅛ cup Chia seeds
Make chia seed pudding one hour before or over night
Beat egg white in a separate bowl and add everything to the mug. Mic for a minute, take out and let everything cool for 20 seconds, place back in and mix for another 45 or until the center is almost firm. Top with Ningxia chias and other toppings and enjoy your low carb, tasty dessert-y breaky
